At Seaside Wellness Gardens, we are dedicated to providing garden tours and animal interactions for individuals with disabilities, including autism, PTSD, and Alzheimer's. We believe that spending time in nature and interacting with animals can have a positive impact on mental and physical health. Our projects reflect this commitment to improving the well-being of our community.

Seaside Wellness Gardens has collaborated with local schools to create sensory gardens that can be enjoyed by students of all abilities. These gardens are designed to engage the senses and promote relaxation and calmness.

We also offer animal-assisted therapy sessions, where individuals can interact with our trained therapy animals. These sessions have been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, as well as improve social skills and communication.

Seaside Wellness Gardens has partnered with local assisted living facilities to provide therapeutic horticulture programs for residents. These programs allow residents to engage in meaningful activities and improve their quality of life.

In addition, we have developed a program for veterans with PTSD, which includes gardening and animal-assisted therapy sessions. This program provides a safe and supportive environment for veterans to connect with nature and each other.

Finally, Seaside Wellness Gardens has created a community garden, where individuals with disabilities can come together and connect with nature while growing their own fruits and vegetables. This project promotes healthy eating habits and community engagement.
